A little intense at first, but we've noticed you can taper how hard you squirt if needed (careful where you aim - and don't breathe at the same time!).
I absolutely love the full blast! It's almost minty with a hint of herbal.

This is the strongest most effective throat spray I have used. I often get sore throats due to allergies. This provides immediate relief and I love the minty hydrated feeling that lasts for a while after the spray. There is a slight onion aroma but it is not at all offensive and does not last. The herbal balance works perfectly.
