I really like this powder hydration mix. It’s not too sweet and it tastes good. I use this when I can tell I’m dehydrated and water alone isn’t helping. It’s just the boost I need.

I tried this product because I don't absorb plain water well, it goes right through me, and I am always dehydrated. I didn't like the taste so I mix it with half orange juice and half water. I haven't been able to tell the difference in hydration but am persevering.

I haven't tried this one yet but have tried the Turmeric Ginger drink mix. The taste is unpleasant but I am using it for the hydration benefits.
