How To Use
Fully drench hair with water. Dispense 1-2 pumps into palm of hand. Massage into scalp, roots, and strands and create a light lather. Breathe in deeply with relaxation. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary. Follow with Sweet Sunrise Conditioner.

My hair did not feel clean with this shampoo. I have straight longish dryer hair. My husband used it and liked it. He has curly short hair. It seems to moisturize his hair & make it curlier. Perhaps you could specify hair types this product is good for.
