I usually use some sort of leave in detangler or spray in product after shampooing and conditioning. I recently quit using anything after trying the shampoo and conditioner and was pleasantly surprised at how nice my hair feels. I still have to work through some tangles, but overall I am thrilled that I can eliminate the need for after shower hair products and just have the goodness of quality natural products in my hair.

I use it every second or third time to shampoo. In between time I apply a tiny amount into clean hair for a gentle holding gel.( tiny amount!)
